One of the most impactful panels at this year’s conference was entitled: “Strategies for Thriving as Women Lawyers in a Post-Pandemic World”. The panel was moderated by Krita Mitzel and featured attorneys, Sara Nichols, Krista Kim, Sangeetha Raghunathan and Shaheen Sheik-Sadhal. This session qualified for 1.5 hours of MCLE credit for elimination of bias. The speakers shared their experiences of the effect of the pandemic on their legal and personal lives and provided useful action steps for modifying their legal practices to incorporate wellness.

This episode includes some of the highlights of the panel as well as the reactions of various attendees to the panel. I think we all learned a lot and really appreciated the willingness of the panelists to share their experiences of the effect of the pandemic on their legal practices. Many of us came away inspired to implement some of these strategies.
